The Recanto Ecológico Rio da Prata  offers a First Job Program and an Internship Program along with the attractions Lagoa Misteriosa and Estância Mimosa Ecoturismo, all managed by the same business group.

The goal of the First Job Program is to provide professional experience to the newly graduated in the area of tourism, encouraging their professional development. The Internship Program aims to provide practical experience to students, enriching their professional training.
